  • Vaccination tracking

  • Memory capture (photos and notes)

All features are designed to help you organize and track your baby's daily care and development.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Newborn & Baby Tracker: Nunu is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

  • The information provided in the app should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical questions or concerns regarding your baby's health
  • Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information provided in the app
  • In case of a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately

The content provided in Nunu is for general information only. Every baby is unique, and what works for one may not be appropriate for another.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Newborn & Baby Tracker: Nunu, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the app's tracking features
  • Use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use
  • Keep your device secure to protect your personal data stored in the app
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

5. Your Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create in Nunu, including:

  • Logs, records, and measurements
  • Photos and memories
  • App settings and preferences

As stated in our Privacy Policy, all your personal content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or claim any rights to your personal content. You are solely responsible for backing up your data, as we do not provide cloud backup services at this time.

6. Subscription and Payments

Newborn & Baby Tracker: Nunu offers premium features through subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. Terms for free trials include:

  • Free trial duration will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials

8. Intellectual Property

The Nunu app, including its design, features, text, graphics, user interface, and all other content (excluding your personal content) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newborn & Baby Tracker: Nunu and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, including loss of personal content stored in the app
  • Any decisions made based on information provided in the app
  • Any health outcomes or medical issues related to your baby
  • Interruptions or errors in the app's functionality

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party services for analytics, error tracking, and configuration as detailed in our Privacy Policy:

  • Mixpanel (Analytics)
  • Sentry (Error Tracking)
  • ConfigCat (Remote Configuration)

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

11. Age Requirement

Newborn & Baby Tracker: Nunu is designed for parents and caregivers. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
